Memora CRM
A conversational CRM for small service teams. The current dealership-focused prototype connects customer records, vehicle inventory, interactions, and operational analysis using fictional demonstration data.
Small businesses shouldn't need to become software experts to stay organized. We're building conversational tools that turn everyday business information into useful records, follow-ups, and insights.
Memora is our emerging cross-industry product. SCULPY is the beauty-operations project that helped shape the idea. Both are active early-stage development efforts; demos do not imply production readiness.
A conversational CRM for small service teams. The current dealership-focused prototype connects customer records, vehicle inventory, interactions, and operational analysis using fictional demonstration data.
Developed around the workflow of a Toronto bridal beauty studio: bookings, clients, artists, venues and business context in one connected system. Its demo uses fictional customer records; real-world acceptance is still underway.
Work began with the digital presence of SCULP Studio, a bridal beauty business in the Toronto area.
The work expanded into SCULPY, connecting bookings, people, conversations and daily operations. We noticed familiar problems that many small teams face.
We began translating the approach into a reusable CRM, starting with an independent car dealership demonstration and planning broader service-industry use cases.
Our focus is reliable natural-language intake, structured extraction with human review, conversational retrieval, and practical business reporting. We're exploring Claude API integration as part of that development.
